Brad Renfroe is a husband, father, and organizational leadership consultant who loves to work with leaders to drive performance in their organizations. Brad brings a unique wealth of experience for his clients having supported global leaders from international start-ups with $0 in revenue to 100 year old organizations with $40 billion in revenue. He has over 20 years of real-world professional experience supporting executive leaders in the following industries: oil & gas, manufacturing, assembly, chemical, data, and software as a service in both domestic and international markets as well as for commercial and government accounts.
Having worked for two Fortune 100 companies and other successful global organizations, i.e, Equifax, DAK Americas (an ALFA company), Carrier Corporation (a UTC company), and Halliburton Energy Services, Brad has seen a number of best practices (and some not-so-good practices) to assist his clients. From the most technical data & analytics leaders to the most high-powered software sales executives, Brad’s senior clients appreciate most his business acumen and his ability to provide a relevant and practical approach to coaching.
To ensure he is able to meet his client's needs, Brad is an MBTI practitioner, a certified DDI Facilitator, and an SDI 2.0 and Core Strengths - Master Facilitator. Brad holds a B.B.A. from Harding University and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, Denver.
Brad’s best coach is his wife, Regina, of twenty years. They have three daughters, Annie, Abbie, and Avyn. When he isn’t coaching, Brad can be found running the scoreboard at his daughters’ volleyball games, playing outdoor soccer, or woodworking.
